Women of God
In a changing world, Christian women
hold on to an unchanging hand: God's hand.
Abigail the Wise by Jeanetta Watkins
We all run into "sticky situations" from time-to-time. The way we react can either make the
problem worse or defuse a possible tragedy. We need to be very careful if we choose to
intervene in the troubles of other people, however.

Footprints by Jeanetta Watkins
To a trained eye, footprints (tracks) can reveal a lot of information. The most obvious is the
kind of animal that make the tracks, but there's more to a print than meets the eye. This
trained individual can tell us how long ago the track was made, whether the animal was
walking or running, whether he had a limp or a scar on a foot. One good point about being
able to recognize tracks is to tell whether they were left by a predator or some more docile
creature.

Account for the Life by Marilyn LaStrape
I have heard many lessons and sermons and sat in numerous Bible classes, and I cannot
remember ever hearing our ultimate answering to God put in those words. As I have thought
about that over the past several weeks, it has caused me to look more closely at what God’s
word has to say about us “accounting for the life”.

How Salty are We as Christians by Marilyn LaStrape
How “salty” are we as Christians? Do our lives reflect our Lord with those purifying,
preserving, antiseptic or cleansing qualities? How “salty” are our hearts, our speech, our

How God and Success Go Hand in Hand
                                                              by Jaz Gray
As young people, we have big plans for our lives. We know that we’re
going to do something important, something that matters. We have
dreams of being well-known and highly respected. God also has an im-
portant task he wants us to complete during our lives though. As we
strive to accomplish earthly goals, we have to also strive to use what-
ever success we obtain to win souls for Christ...Every night we should
pray that God gives us the spiritual tools we need to continue to be a
faithful Christian as we become more and more successful. Staying
humble and God-fearing is the biggest

Seth and Sara Ask: Does God Love Michael’s Two Daddies?
This book is a beautifully written and illustrated book for young people that teaches God’s design
for marriage between a man and a woman.

In a world that is constantly changing, God’s Word remains the standard by which we must judge all
human actions. In this book, Seth and Sara (twins who are in the first grade)  learn that God loves all
people, even those who are disobeying Him. But they also learn that the only way to have a
relationship with God is to stop sinning and turn to Jesus.

This books needs to be in every Christian home because of the attempt by our society to normalize
homosexuality.

Let's Talk About God's Word
This discussion blog is for all of us to learn from each other and to help each other. Just because people may have different views and
make comments that seem to be conflicting, doesn’t mean that they are involved in something sinful. The Lord pronounced to Israel,
“Come now, and let us reason together.” (Isaiah 1:!8) The Lord knew that there was no other way to be on the same page with His
people without discussion. In the book of Acts, concerning the question of whether or not people had to be circumcised to be saved,
the Bible says, “And when there had been much dispute.” (15:7) The disputing here does not mean arguing. It means discussion,
mutual questioning or reasoning. And so, feel free to disagree but do so with respect, kindness and a disposition that would be
characteristic of Christ. For those who think it does not matter about us being on one accord, listen to God’s wisdom, “Now I plead with
you, brethren, by the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that you all speak the same thing, and that there be no divisions among you, but
that you be perfectly joined together in the same mind and in the same judgment.” (1 Corinthians 1:10)
