Internet or Devil's Net
Protect Your Kids! Here are some tools that will help you make your internet alot more safe for your family
The Bible teaches that Satan is just like a roaring lion walking about, seeking
who he can devour (1 Peter 5:8). This is the devil's 24 hour job and he is
good at what he does. Often times we have a misunderstanding about who
Satan is and what tactics he uses to deceive us. The Bible affirms that Satan
is cunning and that he used this same craft to deceive Adam and Eve
(Genesis 3:1; 2 Corinthians 11:3).

Even though there is no new temptation under the sun (1 Corinthians 10:13),
the Devil has new tactics. He is the same old Satan but with new twists. He
fully understands that the society in which we live today is far more affluent
that the societies gone before us. Technology is booming and young people
are learning earlier than ever how this technology works. Satan uses this to
his advantage.

Many young people are being destroyed because they are not prepared for
the snares that Satan has for them. Television and Internet usage are just two
of the many ways that their lives are being torn asunder.

"For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities,
against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against
spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places."
Therefore let us arm
our children with
"the whole armor of God that they may be able to stand
against the wiles of the devil"
(Ephesians 6:12, 11).

Let's take the initiative to equip our youth for the battles they will face.

The most effective free software that I've found to fight off unwanted sites is "Naomi." This free
software is good because it has a password that opens it so that a child can not turn it off.-- TE
